Demonoid is a torrent tracker. It does not host the files, therefore it is not against the rules. That is besides the point, Demonoid tracks many legit and perfectly legal torrents.

The hosting company won't care if Demonoid hosts the torrents or not, it's linking off to a warez site no matter how you look at it, that's why it's against the rules.
