I saw somone Sitting outside, and Everyone who Teleported near him (Through door's, Etc) he Would say:
Hello (Their Name), Their Guild Tag, Level, and HP.
Where do I find this Hack?

Sorry for the bump, it's probably just Rakuhana.
I'd guess it's just the same as the RakuhanaBot inside the staff shop but with a different script for what to say...
